Artist Listing Terms

These terms apply to nail artists who apply for and maintain a NailFolio profile. We want every listing to be accurate, professional, and a true reflection of your work.

Eligibility

• You must be a real nail artist offering services in the areas you list.
• Provide accurate details: name, location, services, pricing, and links.
• If required in your area, you confirm you hold the appropriate license.

Your photos

• Only upload photos of work you created or have permission to use.
• Images must be your own portfolio — no stock or copied photos.
• Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, and WEBP, up to 5 MB each, with a limit of 12 portfolio photos on a free NailFolio.

Review and publishing

New applications are reviewed before going live. We may edit formatting, decline, or remove listings that are inaccurate, low quality, or violate these terms. You can request changes or removal at any time.

Bookings

Clients book directly with you through your link, Instagram, or website. NailFolio is a directory and is not involved in scheduling or payments.
