Artist Listing Terms

Last updated June 2026

NailFolio was created to address the visibility gap affecting Black nail professionals and Black-owned nail businesses. Our directory, editorial content, search pages, and community initiatives center that mission.

These terms apply to nail artists who create or maintain a NailFolio profile. Your NailFolio profile is free to create and manage. We want every listing to be accurate, professional, and a true reflection of your work.

Eligibility

  • You must be a real nail artist offering services in the areas you list.
  • Provide accurate details: name, location, services, pricing, and links.
  • If required in your area, you confirm you hold the appropriate license.

Your photos

  • Only upload photos of work you created or have permission to use.
  • Images must be your own portfolio — no stock or copied photos.
  • Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, and WEBP. Large phone photos are optimized automatically on upload.

Review and publishing

New self-created listings are reviewed before they appear in the directory. We may edit formatting, decline, or remove listings that are inaccurate, low quality, or violate these terms. You can request changes or removal at any time.

Bookings

Clients book directly with you through your link, Instagram, or website. NailFolio is a directory and is not involved in scheduling or payments.

Optional paid services

Beyond your free community listing, NailFolio offers Nail Business Growth, a separate optional paid service. Its terms, billing, and refunds are described in the Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
