By using NailFolio, you agree to these terms. NailFolio is a directory that helps clients discover nail artists and connect with them directly.

Using the site

• Use NailFolio for personal, lawful purposes only.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse the service.
• Booking and payment happen directly between you and the artist — NailFolio is not a party to those arrangements.

No guarantees

Profiles, pricing, and availability are provided by artists and may change. NailFolio doesn't guarantee the accuracy of listings or the outcome of any appointment.

Content

NailFolio's name, design, and content are protected. Artist photos and details belong to the respective artists and are shown with their participation.

Nail tech listings

Nail professionals can create or claim a listing. A NailFolio profile is free to create and manage. Listing details, including the terms for photos, publishing, and review, are described in the Artist Listing Terms.

Nail Business Growth

Nail Business Growth is a separate, optional paid service billed at $99 per month with a three-month minimum commitment. It provides visibility strategy, profile and search optimization, recommendations, reporting, and ongoing monthly guidance. NailFolio does not guarantee any specific search ranking, amount of traffic, number of bookings, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control. Any Google Business Profile connected to this service remains owned and controlled by you; you are responsible for maintaining it and for any owner-only actions. Billing, cancellation, and refunds for this service follow the NailFolio Refund Policy.

Existing subscribers

Anyone still subscribed to an earlier NailFolio paid plan remains governed by the terms accepted when they subscribed until that subscription ends.

Changes
