Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid NailFolio services. Free listings do not require payment.
Featured Listings
Featured Listings are monthly subscriptions. You can cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Payments already processed for the current billing period are not refundable unless there was a billing error or duplicate charge.
Growth Services
Growth Services are one-time service purchases. Because work may begin shortly after payment, refunds are available only if the service has not started. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.
Duplicate Charges Or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once, contact NailFolio within 7 days so we can review the issue.
Cancellations
Canceling a Featured Listing stops future billing. It does not automatically refund past payments.
How To Request A Refund
To request a refund review, contact us with your name, email, service purchased, payment date, and reason for the request.
Policy Changes
NailFolio may update this Refund Policy as services and payment options change. Updates will be posted on this page.
